meet the founder, ALISON ZARLINGO
Drawing inspiration from my passion for travel and my love for uncovering hidden, off-the-beaten-path gems, I enjoy designing spaces that evoke emotions through simplicity. My journey in design and hospitality began in the late '90s, when my family and I started restoring old, rundown bungalows, bringing them back to their original charm. Our move to the beautiful community of Durango in 2009 marked settling down and growing roots. Through the years I have worked to build trusted relationships with local businesses that allow me to create visits to SW Colorado where people can escape, connect, and experience feeling like a local. Welcoming guests and showcasing the beauty of our community brings me immense joy, and I hope to share it with you, too.
